Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 Except one who comes to eavesdrop – therefore a bright flame goes after him. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 We know the ones of you who press forward, and We know the laggards; 24 And indeed, your Lord will gather them; indeed, He is Wise and Knowing. 25
