The Bee (Al-nahl)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ God's help will certainly support (the believers), so pagans do not (seek) to hasten it. God is too Glorious and Exalted to be considered equal to idols. 1 He sends down this spirit (of prophecy) by His command through His angels on any of His servants whom He wills, (directing them): "Warn people that there is no deity but Me; so hold Me alone in fear." 2 He created the heavens and the earth with the truth; Supreme is He above their ascribing of partners (to Him). 3 He created man from a drop of fluid, yet he is an open quarreller! 4 He created the cattle from whom you get warm clothing and (other) advantages, and some you eat. 5 How beautiful you find them when you bring them home and when you drive them out to graze. 6 and they carry your loads to many a place which you would be unable to reach without much hardship. Surely your Lord is Intensely Loving, Most Merciful. 7 And [He created] the horses, mules and donkeys for you to ride and [as] adornment. And He creates that which you do not know. 8 And unto Allah leads straight the Way, but there are ways that turn aside: if Allah had willed, He could have guided all of you. 9
