Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Almighty, the All-Forgiving!" 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 but you have turned away from it. 68 (Tell them): “I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing. 69 It is revealed unto me only that I may be a plain warner. 70 When thy Lord said to the angels, 'See, I am creating a mortal of a clay. 71 Then when I have formed him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him prostrate. 72 So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely. 73 but not Satan, who was too proud. He became one of those who deny the truth. 74 He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? 75 Answered [Iblis]: "I am better than he: Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay." 76 "Begone! You are accursed: 77 Upon thee shall rest My curse, till the Day of Doom.' 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 (God) said: "You have the respite 80 Till the appointed day." 81 [Whereupon Iblis] said: "Then [I swear] by Thy very might: I shall most certainly beguile them all into grievous error 82 Except, among them, Your chosen servants." 83 (Allah) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting- 84 That I shall fill Hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together. 85 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) “I do not ask any fee from you for the Qur’an, and I am not a fabricator.” 86 It is but a reminder to the worlds. 87 “And you will come to know of its tidings, after a while.” 88
