۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Why, then, when the soul of the dying man reaches the throat, 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 And burning in hell. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
