We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 We have provided on it sustenance for you, and for those you cannot provide. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 We send rain-impregnated winds, and water from the sky which you drink, but you are not the keepers of its store. 22 It is We who give life, and make to die, and it is We who are the inheritors. 23 And certainly We know those of you who have gone before and We certainly know those who shall come later. 24 Your Lord will resurrect them all; He is All-wise and All-knowing. 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
