And man saith: When I am dead, shall I forsooth be brought forth alive? 66 Does man not remember that We created him before, while he was nothing? 67 So, by thy Lord, without doubt, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Evil Ones (with them); then shall We bring them forth on their knees round about Hell; 68 Then indeed We shall drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against the Most Beneficent (Allah). 69 And surely We are Best Aware of those most worthy to be burned therein. 70 There is not one of you who shall not go down to it: such is a thing decreed, determined by your Lord. 71 Then We will save those who feared Allah and leave the wrongdoers within it, on their knees. 72 When Our revelations are recited to them, the unbelievers say to the faithful ones, "Which of us is more prosperous?" 73 And how many a generation We destroyed before them, who were fairer in furnishing and outward show! 74 Say: "Ar-Rahman extends the life of those who are astray until they come to realise what had been promised them was either (physical) affliction or (the terror) of Resurrection. Then will they know who is worse in position, and who is weak in supporters. 75 God further enlightens those who seek guidance. To those who do charitable deeds which produce continuing benefits, your Lord will give a better reward and a better place in Paradise. 76 Have you seen him who rejected Our signs and said: "Surely I shall continue to be favoured with riches and children." 77 What, has he observed the Unseen, or taken a covenant with the All-merciful? 78 Absolutely not, We will record his words and prolong his punishment. 79 We shall inherit all that he boasts of, and he will come to Us all alone. 80 And they have taken gods, other than Allah, that they might be a power from them. 81 In fact, they can have no honor; their gods will renounce their worship of idols and will turn against them. 82
