۞ But who does greater evil than he who lies against God and cries lies to the very truth, when it comes to him? Is there not in Gehenna a lodging for the unbelievers? 32 And he (Muhammad SAW) who has brought the truth (this Quran and Islamic Monotheism) and (those who) believed therein (i.e. the true believers of Islamic Monotheism), those are Al- Muttaqun (the pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2). 33 Theirs will be whatsoever they will desire with their Lord: that is the hire of the well-doers. 34 so that Allah may remit their worst deeds and reward them according to the best of their deeds. 35 IS NOT God enough for His servant? And yet, they would frighten thee with those [imaginary divine powers which they worship] beside Him! But he whom God lets go astray can never find any guide, 36 And whoever Allah guides - for him there is no misleader. Is not Allah Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution? 37 And should you ask them, Who created the heavens and the earth? They would most certainly say: Allah. Say: Have you then considered that what you call upon besides Allah, would they, if Allah desire to afflict me with harm, be the removers of His harm, or (would they), if Allah desire to show me mercy, be the withholders of His mercy? Say: Allah is sufficient for me; on Him do the reliant rely. 38 Say, "My people, do whatever is in your power -- and so will I. Soon you shall come to know 39 On whom cometh a torment humiliating him, and on whom alighteth a torment lasting. 40 Surely We have sent down upon thee the Book for mankind with the truth. Whosoever is guided, is only guided to his own gain, and whosoever goes astray, it is only to his own loss; thou art not a guardian over them. 41
