And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 and guarded them from every accursed Satan 17 save him who may eavesdrop, and then a bright flame pursues him. 18 We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 And verily We know the eager among you and verily We know the laggards. 24 Indeed your Lord will gather them all together. Surely He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. 25
