The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ WHEN THAT which must come to pass [at last] comes to pass, 1 Then none will be able to deny its occurrence. 2 It will bring down [some] and raise up [others]. 3 This will happen when the earth is shaken, shaken 4 and the mountains crumbled, 5 and become a dust, scattered, 6 You shall then become three groups. 7 Then (as to) the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 8 Then those of the left hand -- how (unhappy) will be those of the left hand! 9 And those foremost [(in Islamic Faith of Monotheism and in performing righteous deeds) in the life of this world on the very first call for to embrace Islam,] will be foremost (in Paradise). 10 those are they brought nigh the Throne, 11 In the Gardens of delight (Paradise). 12 Many of them will be from the ancient people 13 And a few of later ages, 14 [They will be seated] on gold-encrusted thrones of happiness, 15 reclining on them facing each other; 16 There shall go round unto them youths ever-young. 17 carrying goblets and ewers and cups filled with the purest wine, 18 a drink by which their minds will not be clouded nor will it cause drunkenness; 19 and such fruits as they shall choose, 20 And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire. 21 and fair maidens with large, lustrous eyes 22 The like of the hidden pearls: 23 a recompense for all that they did. 24 Therein they hear no vain or sinful discourse. 25 Only the saying, "Peace! Peace". 26 As for those of the right hand -- how (happy) those of the right hand -- 27 (They will be) among Lote-trees without thorns, 28 And banana-trees (with fruits), one above another. 29 And in everlasting shade. 30 And in perpetually flowing water. 31 And fruits numberless, 32 Neither out of reach nor yet forbidden, 33 And carpets raised. 34 We have created (their Companions) of special creation. 35 And have made them virgins. 36 chastely amorous, 37 For those on the right hand; 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
