Say: 'I am only a warner. There is not any god but God, the One, the Omnipotent, 65 Lord of the heavens and earth, and of what between them is, the All-mighty, the All-forgiving.' 66 Say, “That is a great tidings.” 67 “You are neglectful of it!” 68 (Tell them): “I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing. 69 I have only received revelation to give you plain warning. 70 [For,] lo, thy Sustainer said unto the angels: "Behold, I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 and when I give it proper shape and blow My spirit into it, bow down in prostration to him," 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together: 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 He said: O Iblis! what prevented you that you should do obeisance to him whom I created with My two hands? Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones? 75 He said, "I am better than him. And this truth do I state: 84 I will fill up Hell with you and every one of them who follows you." 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 You will certainly know its truthfulness after a certain time. 88
