Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
40 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah) before The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ By the Day of Resurrection, 1 and by the self-reproaching soul! 2 Does man (a disbeliever) think that We shall not assemble his bones? 3 Nay, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers. 4 In fact, people want to have eternal life in this world. 5 asking, 'When shall be the Day of Resurrection?' 6 So when the eyes will be blinded by light. 7 And the moon is eclipsed 8 And the sun and moon are conjoined, 9 On that Day shall man say: whither is the fleeing. 10 No! There is no refuge. 11 Before thy Lord (alone), that Day will be the place of rest. 12 To man will be declared on that Day that which he hath sent on and left behind. 13 But lo, man is well aware of himself, 14 even though they make excuses. 15 (Muhammad), do not move your tongue too quickly to recite the Quran. 16 Surely its collection and recitation are Our responsibility. 17 So when We have read it, you should thereupon follow what is read. 18 The exposition of its meaning surely rests on Us. 19 But no. You love this transient life, 20 And leave the Hereafter. 21 Some faces that Day shall be Nadirah (shining and radiant). 22 Looking towards their Lord; 23 and some faces will on that Day be gloomy, 24 Thou wilt know that some great disaster is about to fall on them. 25 Yea, when (the soul) reaches to the collar-bone (in its exit), 26 and it is said: 'Who is a healing chanter' 27 And the dying one is certain that it is the [time of] separation 28 And the leg is wound about the leg, 29 unto thy Lord that Day is the drive. 30

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
