Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the Striking? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 will have a most pleasing life. 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
