The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By those who range themselves in ranks, 1 And those who drive away (the wicked) with reproof 2 and those who recite the Exhortation; 3 Verily your God is One. 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth, and of what between them is Lord of the Easts. 5 We have decked the lower heavens with stars 6 And as protection against every rebellious devil 7 (So) they should not strain their ears in the direction of the Exalted Assembly but be cast away from every side, 8 and are repelled. Theirs is an unceasing chastisement. 9 but if anyone does succeed in snatching a glimpse [of such knowledge,] he is [henceforth] pursued by a piercing flame. 10 Ask them thou: are they stronger in structure or those others whom We have created? Verily We! We have created them of a sticky clay. 11 Rather you are surprised, whereas they keep mocking. 12 When they are reminded, they do not pay heed, 13 and when they become aware of a [divine] message, they turn it to ridicule 14 saying, "This is plain sorcery!" 15 “When we are dead and have turned into dust and bones, will we certainly be raised again?” 16 And also our forefathers? 17 Say: 'Yes, and in all lowliness.' 18 It will be but one Shout, then see, they are watching 19 And they shall say: O woe to us! this is the day of requital. 20 This is the Day of Judgment which ye were wont to belie. 21
