▼ 33 The Parties
Al-Ahzaab 9 of 9
O you who believe! Be not like those who annoyed Musa (Moses), but Allah cleared him of that which they alleged, and he was honourable before Allah. 69 O Ye who believe! fear Allah, and speak a straight speech. 70 He will bless your works for you and forgive you your sins. Whoever obeys God and His Messenger has indeed achieved a great success. 71 Truly, We did offer AlAmanah (the trust or moral responsibility or honesty and all the duties which Allah has ordained) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but they declined to bear it and were afraid of it (i.e. afraid of Allah's Torment). But man bore it. Verily, he was unjust (to himself) and ignorant (of its results). 72 (The consequence of man's carrying the trust is) that Allah may chastise hypocritical men and hypocritical women and accept the repentance of believing men and believing women. He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. 73
True are the words of God the Almighty.
