۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Thereupon We inspired Moses thus: Strike the sea with thy staff!" - whereupon it parted, and each part appeared like a mountain vast. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
