۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 And burning in hell. 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
