Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 that this is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
