Nay, by the moon, 32 and the night when it retreats 33 And [by] the morning when it brightens, 34 hell is certainly the greatest calamity. 35 A warning unto humankind 36 To him among you who wishes to go forward or remain behind. 37 [On the Day of Judgment,] every human being will be held in pledge for whatever [evil] he has wrought 38 Save the fellows of the right. 39 [dwelling] In gardens [of paradise,] they will inquire 40 concerning the sinners, 41 "What was it that brought you to Hell?" 42 They will say, "We were not of those who prayed, 43 "Nor we used to feed Al-Miskin (the poor); 44 "But we used to talk vanities with vain talkers; 45 And rejected the Day of Judgement as a lie 46 Until the certainty (of death) had come upon us. 47 So, the intercession of intercessors will not avail them. 48 Then what is [the matter] with them that they are, from the reminder, turning away 49 like frightened donkeys 50 fleeing -- before a lion? 51 Indeed, everyone of them desires to have sheets of revelations unfolded before them -- 52 Nay, but they do not [believe in and hence, do not] fear the life to come. 53 but this is truly a reminder. 54 Let any who will, keep it in remembrance! 55 But they will not benefit from it unless Allah Himself so wills. He is worthy to be feared; and He is worthy to forgive (those that fear Him). 56
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
