And it is He Who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you; very little is the right you acknowledge. 78 It is God who has settled you on the earth and before Him you will all be assembled. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 On the contrary they say things similar to what the ancients said. 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 Our fathers and we have been given such promises before. These are no more than ancient legends." 83 Say, [O Muhammad], "To whom belongs the earth and whoever is in it, if you should know?" 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Say: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme?" 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 We have brought before them the Truth, and there is no doubt that they are lying. 90 Allah hath not chosen any son, nor is there any god along with Him; else would each god have assuredly championed that which he created, and some of them would assuredly have overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they allege. 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
