But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And all that ye see not 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 Nor is this the speech of a soothsayer. Little do you reflect! 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 Had he invented sayings against Us, 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 it is the indubitable truth. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
