The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 “I am indeed a trustworthy Noble Messenger of Allah to you.” 107 so fear Allah and obey me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: "Should we place our trust in you when only the condemned follow you?" 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they may have been doing (in the past)? 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am only a clear warner." 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 He said: My Lord! Lo! my own folk deny me. 117 So pass a clear judgement between me and them and rescue me and the believers with me." 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 In this [story,] behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 121 And thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
