Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 And make your Lord your exclusive object. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
