The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Ta-Seen-Meem. (Alphabets of the Arabic language – Allah, and to whomever he reveals, know their precise meanings.) 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 9
