He told Jesus, "I will save you from your enemies, raise you to Myself, keep you clean from the association with the disbelievers, and give superiority to your followers over the unbelievers until the Day of Judgment. On that day you will all return to Me and I shall resolve your dispute. 55 Those who deny the truth shall be sternly punished in this world and in the world to come: there shall be none to help them." 56 But as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, He will give them in full their rewards, and Allah does not like the wrongdoers. 57 These verses that We read to you are signs and reminder full of wisdom. 58 To God the case of Jesus is as that of Adam whom He created from the earth and then said, "Exist," and Adam came into existence. 59 The Truth (comes) from Allah alone; so be not of those who doubt. 60 Wherefore those who contend with thee therein after that which hath come unto thee of the knowledge - say thou: come! let us call our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, then let us humbly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah upon the liars. 61 This undoubtedly is the true narrative; there is none worthy of worship except Allah; and Allah is the Almighty, the Wise. 62 So if they turn away, then indeed Allah knows those who cause turmoil. 63
