The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 Whoever has done an atom's weight of good, will see it 7 And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
