People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

(Muhammad), say, "I seek protection from the Cherisher of mankind, 1 the King of men, 2 The God of mankind, 3 From the evil of him who breathes temptations into the minds of men, 4 who whispers in the chests of people, 5 both jinn and people.' 6

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
