The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 Nay, you prefer the life of this world; 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
