Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

The Clatterer! 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 his head will be in the Plunging 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
