In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the winds sent forth in swift succession, 1 which then blow tempestuously 2 and raise (clouds) and scatter them around, 3 then winnow them thoroughly, 4 By those who bring down the Reminder, 5 To complete the argument or to warn. 6 Surely that which ye are promised will befall. 7 When the stars lose their light, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder, 9 The mountains will be blown away as dust. 10 And when the time of the Noble Messengers arrives. 11 To what day is the doom fixed? 12 one will be told, "To the Day of Distinction". 13 And what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement? 14 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 15 Destroyed We not the former folk, 16 So shall We make later (generations) follow them. 17 [for] thus do We deal with such as are lost in sin. 18 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 19 Did We not create you from contemptible water? 20 and place it in a secure place 21 For a known extent. 22 We determined; excellent determiners are We. 23 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 24 Made We not the earth to be a housing 25 The living and the dead, 26 and have We not set on it proud, firm mountains, and given you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 28 Walk on to that which you called a lie. 29 Proceed to that shadow, rising in three columns 30 Neither shady nor protecting against the blazing Fire. 31 It will throw out sparks as logs of wood 32 As if they were yellowish [black] camels. 33 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 34 On that day they will not be able to speak, 35 nor will they be permitted to offer any excuses. 36 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 37 This is the Day of Decision; We have gathered you and all the earlier men. 38 if you have a trick, try you now to trick Me!' 39 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
