The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
