1/2 Hizb 54

۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 and that hour you are watching 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 And roasting at hell-fire. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
