What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) are only a warner for those who fear it, 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
