Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By the glorious morning light; 1 By the night when it darkeneth, 2 Your Lord (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) has neither forsaken you nor hated you. 3 And verily the Hereafter will be better for thee than the present. 4 For your Lord will certainly give you, and you will be content. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and take care of you? 6 And found you deeply engrossed in His love, so directed you? 7 Did He not find thee destitute and enrich (thee)? 8 Therefor the orphan oppress not, 9 And do not drive the beggar away, 10 But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it]. 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
