Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7
