[Useless, though, will be his repentance: for [as long as he was alive] he did not accept the truth, nor did he pray [for enlightenment,] 31 but he cried it lies, and he turned away, 32 then went arrogantly to his household. 33 This (attitude) is worthy of you, altogether worthy; 34 Then woe to you, and woe! 35 Does man think that he is to be left to wander without an aim? 36 What, was he not an ejaculated drop (of sperm)? 37 which then became a leech-like clot; then God shaped and fashioned him in due proportion, 38 And made of him the two sexes, male and female. 39 So will He, Who has done all this, not be able to revive the dead? 40
