Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
