O Mankind! a similitude is propounded; so hearken thereto. Verily those whom ye call upon beside Allah will by no means create a fly, even though they assembled for that; and if the fly were to snatch away aught from them, they cannot recover it from it: weak the seeker and the sought! 73 They measure not Allah His rightful measure. Lo! Allah is Strong, Almighty. 74 God selects messengers from both angels and from mankind; God is all hearing and all seeing: 75 He knows what is before them and behind them. To Allah all things are returned. 76 Believers, bow down and prostrate yourselves before Your Lord and serve Your Lord and do good that you may prosper. ۩ 77 And strive hard in (the way of) Allah, (such) a striving as is due to Him; He has chosen you and has not laid upon you an hardship in religion; the faith of your father Ibrahim; He named you Muslims before and in this, that the Apostle may be a bearer of witness to you, and you may be bearers of witness to the people; therefore keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and hold fast by Allah; He is your Guardian; how excellent the Guardian and how excellent the Helper! 78
