The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Woe to those who give less [than due], 1 Those who, when they take by measure from mankind, exact the full, 2 Whereas when they give others after measuring or weighing, they give them less! 3 Do they not know that they are bound to be raised from the dead 4 Unto an Awful Day, 5 the Day when people will stand before the Lord of the Worlds? 6 No! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in sijjeen. 7 Would that you knew what Sijin is!? 8 It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed. 9 Woe, on that day, to those who have rejected God's revelations 10 Who deny the Day of Recompense. 11 and none cries lies to it but every guilty aggressor. 12 And when Our revelations are rehearsed unto him, he saith: fables of the ancients! 13 Nay! But on their hearts is the Ran (covering of sins and evil deeds) which they used to earn. 14 By no means! Verily on that Day from their Lord they will be shut out. 15 then they shall roast in Hell. 16 Then shall it be said: This is what you gave the lie to. 17 Surely the ledger of the pious will be in 'Illiyun (heights above the heights). 18 And what do you know what the Record of the exalted ones is? 19 It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed 20 To which bear witness those brought nigh. 21 Surely the pious shall be in bliss, 22 Reclining on couches, looking on. 23 You can trace on their faces the joy of their bliss. 24 They will be given to drink [pure] wine [which was] sealed. 25 Whose seal is musk - for this let (all) those strive who strive for bliss - 26 Blended with the water of Tasnim, (heights ultimate of evolution), 27 A spring from which those near [to Allah] drink. 28 The sinners had been laughing at the believers. 29 when them passed them by winking at one another, 30 And whilst returning to their homes, they used to return rejoicing. 31 And when they saw them, they said: "They have indeed gone astray." 32 But they were not Sent to be guardians over them! 33 But this Day (the Day of Resurrection) those who believe will laugh at the disbelievers 34 On adorned couches, observing. 35 Have the disbelievers [not] been rewarded [this Day] for what they used to do? 36

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
