The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Have you not considered, [O Muhammad], how your Lord dealt with the companions of the elephant? 1 Did He not cause their war to end in confusion, 2 And He sent against them birds in flocks. 3 Striking them with stones of baked clay. 4 And made them like green crops devoured (by cattle)? 5
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
