Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Beneficent (Allah) as a slave. 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 Everyone on the Day of Judgment will individually come into the presence of God. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
