The Bee (Al-nahl)

128 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Cave (Al-Kahf) before Noah (Noah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ The affair of Allah cometh, so seek not to hasten it. Hallowed be He and Exalted above that which they associate. 1 He sends down this spirit (of prophecy) by His command through His angels on any of His servants whom He wills, (directing them): "Warn people that there is no deity but Me; so hold Me alone in fear." 2 He created the heavens and the earth in truth; high be He exalted above that they associate With Him! 3 He created mankind from a sperm drop, yet he is a clear adversary. 4 And the cattle! He hath created them. For you in them there is warmth and other profits and of them ye eat. 5 And there is beauty in them for you when you drive them back (to home), and when you send them forth (to pasture). 6 and they carry your loads to many a place which you would be unable to reach without much hardship. Surely your Lord is Intensely Loving, Most Merciful. 7 And He hath created horses and mules and asses that ye may ride there on, and as an adornment; and He createth that which ye know not. 8 And upon Allah it rests to show the right way, and there are some deviating (ways); and if He please He would certainly guide you all aright. 9
