Commemorate Moses in the Book. He was a chosen one, both an apostle and a prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of Mount Sinai and drew him close for communication. 52 And, out of Our Mercy, We gave him his brother Aaron, (also) a prophet. 53 And remember Ismail in the Book; he was indeed true to his promise and was a Noble Messenger, a Prophet. 54 He bade his people to pray and to give the alms, and he was pleasing to his Lord. 55 And make mention in the Scripture of Idris. Lo! he was a saint, a prophet; 56 and We exalted him to a lofty position. 57 These are they whom God has blessed among the Prophets of the seed of Adam, and of those We bore with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel, and of those We guided and chose. When the signs of the All-merciful were recited to them, they fell down prostrate, weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ They were succeeded by a generation who neglected their prayers and followed their worldly desires. They will certainly be lost, 59 Except those who repent and believe (in the Oneness of Allah and His Messenger Muhammad SAW), and work righteousness. Such will enter Paradise and they will not be wronged in aught. 60 They will be admitted to the garden of Eden which is the unseen promise of the Beneficent God to His servants. The promise of God will certainly come true. 61 They will not hear therein anything vain, only greetings of peace. They will receive their provision there morning and evening. 62 Such is the Garden which We give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who guard against Evil. 63 AND [the angels say]: "We do not descend [with revelation,] again and again, other than by thy Sustainer's command: unto Him belongs all that lies open before us and all that is hidden from us and all that is in-between. And never does thy Sustainer forget [anything] 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – therefore worship Him and be firm in His worship; do you know any other of the same name as His? 65
