And make mention in the Scripture of Moses. Lo! he was chosen, and he was a messenger (of Allah), a prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of Mount Sinai and drew him close for communication. 52 and out of Our mercy We appointed his brother Aaron, a Prophet (that he may assist him). 53 And mention in the Book, Ishmael; he too was true to his promise, a Messenger and a Prophet. 54 He used to enjoin on his people Prayer and Charity, and he was most acceptable in the sight of his Lord. 55 And remember Idrees in the Book; he was indeed very truthful, a Prophet. 56 And We raised him to a high station. 57 These were the Prophets from the offspring of Adam, from those who embarked with Noah and from the offspring of Abraham and Israel. God guided them and chose them for His favor. Whenever they would hear the revelations of the Beneficent God they would bow down in prostration with tears. ۩ 58 ۞ But they are succeeded by a generation who neglect their devotional obligations and follow only earthly pleasures; but they will reach the wrong road and meet destruction, 59 but those among them who repent and become righteously striving believers will be admitted to the gardens without experiencing any injustice. 60 Gardens of Eternity, those which (Allah) Most Gracious has promised to His servants in the Unseen: for His promise must (necessarily) come to pass. 61 They shall not hear therein any vain word, but they shall hear only peace; and therein they shall have their provision morning and evening. 62 That is Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who are godfearing. 63 (Said Angel Jibreel to Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon them) “And we angels do not come down except by the command of your Lord; to Him only belongs all that is ahead of us and all that is behind us and all that is between them; and your Lord is not forgetful.” 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, so worship Him (Alone) and be constant and patient in His worship. Do you know of any who is similar to Him? (of course none is similar or coequal or comparable to Him, and He has none as partner with Him). [There is nothing like unto Him and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer]. 65
