Al-Taghaabun 2 of 2
No affliction can befall man but by God's permission -- He guides the hearts of those who believe in Him: God has knowledge of all things -- 11 Obey Allah and obey the Messenger. But, if you turn away, Our Messenger's duty is only to deliver the Clear Message. 12 Allah! there is no God but He! In Allah, therefore, let the believers put their trust. 13 Believers! [Even] among your wives and your children you have enemies: so beware of them. But if you overlook their offences and forgive and pardon them, then surely, God is most forgiving and merciful. 14 Your wealth and your children are only a trial; and with God is a mighty wage. 15 Wherefore fear Allah as much as ye are able, and hearken and obey, and expend, for the benefit of your souls. And whosoever is protected from niggardliness of his soul - those! they are the blissful. 16 If you lend to Allah a goodly loan (i.e. spend in Allah's Cause) He will double it for you, and will forgive you. And Allah is Most Ready to appreciate and to reward, Most Forbearing, 17 He is the Knower of the Unseen and the Visible, the Almighty, the Wise. 18
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
