The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 It is ordained that no nation We have destroyed shall ever rise again, 95 until such a time as Gog and Magog are let loose [upon the world] and swarm down from every corner [of the earth,] 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 Lo! ye (idolaters) and that which ye worship beside Allah are fuel of hell. Thereunto ye will come. 98 Had these (idols, etc.) been aliha (gods), they would not have entered there (Hell), and all of them will abide therein. 99 They shall groan. They will not hear therein anything else. 100 Verily those for whom the good has preceded from Us, they will be removed far therefrom (Hell) [e.g. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary); 'Uzair (Ezra), etc.]. 101 They will not even hear the slightest sound from it while enjoying the best that they can wish for in their everlasting life. 102 They will not be grieved by the greatest terror, and the angels will meet them, [saying], "This is your Day which you have been promised" - 103 On that Day We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll for writing. Even as We originated the creation first so We shall repeat it. This is a promise binding on Us; and so We shall do. 104 We have written in the psalms which We had revealed after the Torah that the earth will be given to Our righteous servants as their inheritance. 105 Surely, in this is a proclamation to a worshiping nation. 106 We have sent you forth as nothing but mercy to people of the whole world. 107 Say: "It is revealed to me that your God is only One God. Will you, then, submit to Him?" 108 Then if they turn away, proclaim, “I have proclaimed a war against you on equal terms; and what do I know whether the promise which is given to you, is close or far?” 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 "I know not but that it may be a trial for you, and a grant of (worldly) livelihood (to you) for a time." 111 Say: "O my Sustainer! Judge Thou in truth!" - and [say]: "Our Sustainer is the Most Gracious, the One whose aid is ever to be sought against all your [attempts at] defining [Him]!" 112
Almighty Allah's Truth.
End of Surah: The Prophets (Al-Anbyaa'). Sent down in Mecca after Abraham (Ibrahim) before The Believers (Al-Mu' minoon)
