And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 and night: will you not take heed? 138
