Kneeling (Al-Jaatheyah)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
HaMeem. 1 The revelation of the Scripture is from Allah, the Mighty, the Wise. 2 In the heavens and the earth there is evidence (of the Truth) for the believers. 3 in your own creation and all the creatures He has spread about, there are signs for people of sure faith; 4 And the difference of night and day and the provision that Allah sendeth down from the sky and thereby quickeneth the earth after her death, and the ordering of the winds, are portents for a people who have sense. 5 Such are the Signs of Allah, which We rehearse to thee in Truth; then in what exposition will they believe after (rejecting) Allah and His Signs? 6 Woe unto each sinful liar, 7 He hears the revelations of God which are recited to him, then persists in his arrogance as if he had not even heard them. Tell him that he will suffer a painful torment. 8 As for he who knows something of Our verses and then mocks them for those there is a humiliating punishment. 9 In front of them is Hell; and of no profit to them is anything they may have earned, nor any protectors they may have taken to themselves besides God: for them there shall be a terrible punishment. 10 Such is Our guidance; those who reject their Lord's revelations shall suffer a woeful punishment. 11
