Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
The tree of Zaqqum will indeed be 43 The food of sinners. 44 Like murky oil, it boils within bellies 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 "Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour! 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 Verily the God-fearing shall be in a secure place 51 Amidst gardens and springs. 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait thou then; verily they also are waiting. 59
God the Almighty always says the truth.
