Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 And removed from thee thy burden 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Verily along with every hardship is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
