And warnings came in truth unto the house of Pharaoh 41 They rejected each one of Our signs. So We seized them with the grip of one mighty and powerful. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those [former ones], or have you immunity in the scripture? 43 Or do they say: “We are a strong legion, strong enough for victory?” 44 The hosts will all be routed and will turn and flee. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter. 46 Surely the guilty are in error and distress. 47 On the day when they are dragged upon their faces in the fire – “Taste the heat of hell.” 48 Indeed, We have created all things according to a measure. 49 It takes only a single command from Us (to bring the Day of Judgment) and that can be achieved within the twinkling of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you; is there any that will remember? 51 And everything they have done is in the writings. 52 everything large or small, is duly inscribed. 53 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers, 54 In an Assembly of Truth, in the Presence of a Sovereign Omnipotent. 55
